An almost perfect Fiat Croma, Spotted in China in the far east of Beijing. The good old Croma looked like new, with a clean body, original down to the wheel covers, and without any rust or rot. The only thing annoying were the plastic-bullet strips on the corners of the bumpers, but even they looked period.
The China-made variant of the new 2017 Jeep Compass will debut on the Guangzhou Auto Show in November and launch on the Chinese car market soon thereafter. Price will range from around 170.000 to 210.000 yuan ($25,000 – 31,000).
A mellow yellow Polski Fiat 126P, Spotted in China in the Beijing Tuning Street. The fine Fiat was sadly in a sorry shape, dusty and dirty, with paint fading away, with parts missing, and with deflated tires. Still, the mere fact that it stood there on the Street almost has to mean that somebody wants it restored, so we might see her back on the road again sometime in the future.
A beautiful red Fiat Barchetta, Spotted in China near the Dashanzi area in northeast Beijing. The Little Boat was in a very good shape; the paint looked fresh, no rust or rot, nothing broken or missing, and everything original up until the six-spoke alloys. License plate of Jiangsu Province.
The new Fiat Ottimo Cross has been launched on the Shanghai Auto Show in China. The Cross is a concept car previewing an upcoming crossover variant of the Fiat Ottimo hatchback. The Cross concept features a jacked-up suspension, big wheels with black arches, a loaded front bumper, and a roof rack with LED lights.
A very feisty Fiat Coupe, Spotted in China on a car market in the faraway suburbs outside the eastern section of the Fifth Ring Road in Beijing. The sporty Fiat is painted in gray and further fracked up with darkened windows and a kinky white pillow just below the headrest of the driver’s seat. This kinda rests are common in China where drivers are often of a smaller size than elsewhere, and the head just doesn’t make it high enough.
A beautiful dark blue Fiat Uno 70S, Spotted in China on a car market near the Fifth Ring Road in east Beijing. The good Uno was sadly in a rather sad condition. Covered with layers of dust and dirt, bumpers falling off, some rust here and there, deflated tires, and looking just very lonely. The original Fiat Uno was manufactured from 1983 until 1995 with a major facelift in 1989, this is a facelifted example.
A silver gray Fiat Croma 2.0 16V, Spotted in China just outside the Third Ring Road in east Beijing. The good vehicle was in a surprisingly good shape. Paint looked fresh, chrome was shiny, no rust in sight, no missing parts, and the wheel covers are original! The Croma was manufactured from 1985 until 1996 with a facelift in 1991, this is a facelifted car.
A very rare Polski Fiat 126P, Spotted in China in central Beijing. The poor vehicle looked abandoned and forgotten, with rust all over and covered with years of dust and dirt. Happily however, the car stood on piles of stones, so the suspension should be all right…
